MDM MPR is a utility application designed to assist users in calculation and report preparation related to the PM POSHAN (Mid-Day Meal) program.
This application provides a Cloud Sync feature for the convenience of our users. School data entered into the app (such as daily entries, stock details, and financial statements) is stored securely on our cloud servers (Supabase). This ensures that users can back up their records and seamlessly access their data from any device.
To create an account and keep your school data secure, we collect the school's U-DISE code and a user-defined MPIN. We do not request, collect, or store any personal sensitive information from individual users, such as personal email addresses or Aadhaar numbers.
To provide real-time support and resolve technical queries, we integrate a built-in chat service. Any information shared during a chat session (such as text, screenshots, or contact details) is used solely to assist you and resolve your issues. This data is stored securely on our infrastructure.
To keep this service free, we use third-party advertising services. We integrate Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show relevant ads. We also use Firebase Remote Config to manage app configurations and ad placements dynamically.
The application requires internet connectivity to sync user data, receive remote configurations, display advertisements, facilitate real-time support chat, and open official government website links in the user’s default browser for informational updates.
